Business Model Innovation Grid and Value Networks

For the Raw Materials Industry (BMIX-NET-RAW)

The objective of this project is to support raw materials entrepreneurs and start-ups in making conscious strategic choices regarding their sustainable business model and value network.  A web tool will be developed that gives an overview of the most relevant business models for the raw materials industry and provides insight into the most inspiring examples. This tool will be a stand-alone web tool that can be consulted by start-ups, companies and consultants that want to learn about the potential of new business approaches and how to implement them.

The project will consist of four phases: 1) developing scientifically based framework for sustainable business model strategies for the raw materials industry, 2) collecting and analysing best practices using these strategies, 3) developing BMIX-RAW web tool, targeted at entrepreneurship support services 4) developing and testing a working method for inspiration workshops within raw material networks.
